About Us
Founded in 2005, by Sh. Mohamed Osman, the Quran Institute has since become a key place for Quran learning. Under his leadership, thousands of students have progressed from learning the Arabic alphabet to memorizing the entire Qur’an.
His goal is to inspire a love for the Qur’an in his students and to teach with passion and creativity. He aims to nurture young huffaz (those who memorize the Qur’an) and knowledgeable leaders who will positively impact their communities.

How long is each class?
Each class runs for a full hour as scheduled. Classes follow a rotation model where each teacher works with a maximum of 4 students. Students rotate with the teacher for focused instruction while others practice independently.
Why do classes sometimes feel shorter than an hour?
Time may be adjusted slightly to accommodate rotation breaks or Salah (prayer) time. Students still receive the full individualized attention over the course of the session.
What is the rotation classroom model?
Each teacher has 4 students maximum. Students take turns receiving direct instruction from the teacher while others practice independently, ensuring a balance between group learning and individualized attention.
Why does class pause for Salah?
Prayer is a fundamental part of our Islamic environment. Classes always pause for Salah, and this is factored into the schedule. It ensures students learn to balance their religious and academic commitments.
What happens if my child is late?
Arriving late may reduce your child’s individual rotation time. Punctuality ensures that your child benefits fully from their session.
Can I hold my child’s spot if they are absent?
Spots cannot be held without registration/payment. Please notify administration in advance if your child will be absent.
Can I request a specific teacher for my child?
We assign teachers based on availability and class balance. While we try to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee specific teachers.
What if I feel my child is not learning or the teacher is too strict?
All teachers are trained and follow our curriculum carefully. If you have concerns about teaching style, please communicate with the administration. We strive to make each child’s experience positive and engaging.
How is tuition billed?
Tuition is automatically charged on the 1st of each month via your payment method on file.
Will tuition be adjusted for absences, holidays, or late arrivals?
Tuition is not prorated for absences, holidays, or late arrivals.
Can I get a refund if I withdraw mid-month?
Refunds are not provided once the month has begun. Withdrawal requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle.
Can I switch my child’s schedule or day?
Schedule changes are limited based on availability. We recommend registering early to secure your preferred time slot.
Can a spot be reserved without payment?
Spots cannot be held without registration and payment.
How do I withdraw my child?
To withdraw, submit the withdrawal form before the next billing cycle. No tuition refunds are provided for the current month.
What happens if my child is absent for weeks without notice?
Unnotified absences may result in losing the spot. Please communicate with administration regarding extended absences.
